These 'broken' pieces are then packed separately as loose Bak Kwa Bites and are a hit with those who are purchasing for personal consumption as they are more value-for-money. What's more, save the hassle of having to cut your Bak Kwa into bite sizes and just store them in a dry air-tight container for convenient snacking.
