Choice of Crispy Pork or Chicken or Fish:

• The Crispy Pork Floss is made using Kim Tee's in-house recipe: pork meat is slowly stewed while still tender, hand-shredded and tossed in a dry wok till it becomes a light crispy floss.

• The Chicken Floss is made from skinless chicken breast for the health-conscious; the shredded meat is roasted and tossed over hours to give the floss its golden brown soft and fluffy texture.

• The Fish Floss is made from high quality tuna. The fish meat is deboned and mashed, seasoned with traditional spices and gently roasted to a light crispy texture. Fish is an auspicious symbol during Chinese New Year, symbolising surplus.
