Crispy Pork Floss

Made using Kim Tee's in-house recipe: pork meat is slowly stewed while still tender, hand-shredded and tossed in a dry wok till it becomes a light crispy floss. A versatile topping that can be paired with almost anything - from rice and congee to bread and tofu!
